Yes, I have licensed my work under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonComercial-NoDerivs 2.5 License. This means you are free to copy, distribute and display the photographs under the following conditions:
1. by Attribution. You must put my name with the photograph and provide an_ active link_ to my website or for printed material a reference to my website address.

2. Noncommercial. You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
3. No Derivative Works. You may not alter, transform, or build on this work. This means you may not alter the colours, tone or even crop the image under any circumstances.

If you want to use my photographs for commercial uses please contact me so that we can negotiate an appropriate fee, or so that you can argue your case. Generally I am a rather generous person when it comes to causes close to my heart.
